I was getting ready to cry watching a sad scene of my favourite tv show when you went to the kitchen. You came back with a jar of peanut butter and a mini bag of fudge strip cookies.
“I don’t have Oreos, so this was the best I could do.”
“Thank you,” I said as I opened the jar and dug in.
It was the nicest thing anyone has done for me.
